1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and jihost ("jihost," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the jihost website, mobile platform, and all associated services (collectively, the "Platform"). By registering an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager on the jihost Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the jihost Platform and close your account. jihost reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

2. Eligibility

Access to and use of the jihost Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at all times:

• Personal Capacity: You must be acting on your own behalf as an individual natural person and not as an agent, representative, or nominee of any third party.
• Self-Exclusion: You must not be subject to a voluntary or mandatory self-exclusion order from jihost or any other gaming operator.
• Single Account: Each individual may register only one (1) jihost account. The operation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited.

jihost reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the period specified by jihost may result in account suspension or permanent closure.

3. Account Registration

To access real-money gaming on the jihost Platform, you are required to create a registered account. The following obligations apply to all registered users:

• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your legal name, date of birth, and a valid Philippine mobile number.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jihost account credentials, including your password and any one-time PINs (OTPs) issued by jihost.
• You must notify jihost immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your jihost account.
• jihost accounts are non-transferable. You may not sell, assign, or otherwise transfer your account to any other person.

Account verification, including Know Your Customer ("KYC") checks, may be required before deposits, withdrawals, or bonus claims are processed. jihost complies with applicable anti-money laundering regulations as part of its PAGCOR-compliant operating framework.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the jihost Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:

• Minimum deposit: ₱100. Minimum withdrawal: ₱200.
• jihost accepts deposits via GCash, Maya, QR Ph, GrabPay, BPI, BDO, UnionBank InstaPay, 7-Eleven, USDT TRC20, and Coins.ph. Accepted methods are subject to change without prior notice.
• Deposits are credited to your jihost wallet upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. jihost is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification requirements. jihost reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing withdrawal requests.
• jihost does not charge deposit or withdrawal fees. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which jihost accepts no responsibility.
• Funds held in your jihost wallet are not entitled to accrue interest.
• jihost reserves the right to reverse or withhold withdrawals where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

jihost may from time to time offer promotional bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other incentive programs ("Promotions") to eligible players. The following general terms apply to all Promotions unless expressly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms:

• Promotions are available to verified accounts in good standing only. Bonus eligibility may be subject to minimum deposit amounts, game restrictions, and time limits.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. Specific wagering multiples, eligible games, and expiry periods are detailed in each Promotion's individual terms.
• Only one bonus may be active in your jihost account at any one time, unless otherwise specified.
• jihost reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any Promotion at any time and without prior notice.
• Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or manipulate jihost Promotions — including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, systematic arbitrage, or collusion — will result in the forfeiture of all associated bonus funds and may result in permanent account closure.
• Promotions cannot be combined unless explicitly stated in their individual terms.

6. Game Rules & Fair Play

jihost offers a range of gaming products including online slots, live casino table games, bingo, and sports betting. The following principles govern fair play on the Platform:

• All games offered on the jihost Platform utilise certified Random Number Generator ("RNG") technology. Game outcomes are random, independent, and cannot be predicted or influenced by the player or jihost.
• Return to Player ("RTP") percentages for slot games are published in the jihost game lobby. These figures represent theoretical long-run averages and do not guarantee specific results in any individual session.
• In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on your device and the result recorded on jihost servers, the server record shall be conclusive and binding.
• jihost reserves the right to void bets or game rounds where technical malfunctions, software errors, or data corruption are identified. In such cases, wagered amounts will be refunded to your jihost wallet.
• Sports betting markets and odds are subject to change prior to the commencement of an event. Bets accepted prior to any change will be honoured at the odds stated at the time of acceptance, subject to these Terms.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jihost Platform. Violation of any of the below may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one jihost account per individual, household, device, or IP address.
• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the jihost Platform in any manner.
• Collusion with other players for the purpose of gaining an unfair advantage.
• Any form of fraud, identity theft, or misrepresentation in connection with your jihost account or financial transactions.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity or using the Platform for money laundering purposes.
• Allowing any person under 21 years of age to access or use your jihost account.
• Attempting to exploit software vulnerabilities, bugs, or errors in the jihost Platform for personal gain.

8. Responsible Gaming

jihost is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its player welfare obligations seriously. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered jihost account holders:

• Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps through Account Settings. Once set, a limit reduction takes effect immediately. An increase to an existing limit is subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session time alerts: Players may configure automated reminders that notify them after a pre-set duration of continuous play.
• Cool-off periods: Players may temporarily suspend access to their jihost account for periods of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. Cool-off requests take immediate effect and cannot be reversed during the specified period.
• Self-exclusion: Players who wish to permanently close their jihost account for problem gambling reasons may request self-exclusion. Self-exclusion is irreversible and jihost will not reinstate access under any circumstances.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the jihost Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, and data compilations, is the intellectual property of jihost or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the jihost Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any jihost content without the prior written consent of jihost.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• jihost provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
• jihost shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.
• jihost is not liable for losses arising from technical malfunctions, internet connectivity issues, or circumstances beyond jihost's reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of god, government action, or third-party service disruptions.
• jihost's total aggregate liability to any individual player in connection with their jihost account shall not exceed the net amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or restrict jihost's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other matter for which liability cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.

11. Privacy & Data

jihost collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By registering a jihost account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the jihost Privacy Policy.

jihost implements industry-standard security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption and two-factor authentication, to protect personal and financial data from unauthorised access. However, no system is entirely immune from breach and jihost cannot guarantee absolute data security.

12. Amendments

jihost reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified to registered players via their registered mobile number or email address, or by a prominent notice on the jihost Platform, no less than seven (7) days before the changes take effect (except where immediate amendment is required by law or regulatory directive).

Your continued use of the jihost Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must close your jihost account before the amendment takes effect.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.

jihost operates within the regulatory framework applicable to online gaming in the Philippines and complies with the requirements of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation ("PAGCOR") as a condition of its operations.
