10. Children's Privacy

The jihost Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older, as required by PAGCOR regulations governing real-money gaming in the Philippines. jihost does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under 21 years of age.

If jihost becomes aware that personal data has been collected from a person under 21 years of age, that data will be deleted immediately and the associated account will be permanently closed. 11. Changes to This Policy

jihost reserves the right to update this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in applicable law, regulatory requirements, or our data processing practices.
